our farm

We started back in 2014 with a small pig farm of the native Asturian pig breed called Gochu Asturcelta made up of 4 females and one male. Today we usually have between 20 and 70 animals between large and small that can be visited.

What do we do

We are a farm where we raise the native Asturian pig breed "Gochu Asturcelta" that today are in danger of extinction. The farm is managed by the Gastronomic and Cultural Association Amigos del Gochu Asturcelta Asado.

About us

We are the Gastronomic and Cultural Association Amigos del Gochu Asturcelta Roast, a non-combat association whose purpose is to make this native breed known and encourage its consumption to prevent its disappearance.

Join the Project

Our project was born in order to make Gochu Asturcelta known to the maximum number of people, for this we offer free visits to the farm, tastings of products prepared in a traditional way and gastronomic days, both the tastings and the gastronomic days are exclusive for associates
